YourCare Health Plan, in conjunction with Monroe Plan for Medical Care, Greater Buffalo United Accountable Healthcare Network, The Salvation Army of Buffalo, NY, HOME, Inc., The Buffalo Urban League, and the Homeless Alliance of Western New York, are hosting the first ever "Roadmap to Housing" event on Thursday, October 24, 2019.

This event will feature complimentary meals for attendees, music, giveaways, raffles, and more! Guests will be able to explore housing topics such as: tenants' rights, financial assistance, health services, housing options, legal services, and more!
