Free Landlord Training Course...
Through a grant from the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, HOME is offering a free landlord training course. Topics addressed in the course include the tenant screening process, fair housing laws, the landlord/tenant relationship, and what to do when the landlord/tenant relationship doesn't work. Participants will receive a free copy of "A Guide to Landlords' Rights" as well as other resources and materials. Registration is required as seating is limited. Thursday, March 18, 2010 from 2-5pm--Course is closed.
Thursday, April 15, 2010 from 2-5pm--Limited seating available. Call to register.
Thursday, May 20, 2010 from 2-5pm--Open registration. Call to register.
