NY Eviction Moratorium

NYS Gov. Cuomo has extended the statewide eviction moratorium to August 20, 2020. Until August 20, 2020, evictions and fees for late or missed payments are prohibited. Tenants who have lost money due to the pandemic can also use their security deposits toward rent.
